Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum + Bonus

The Role

The James Retail Group is looking for a dynamic Store Manager whose principal responsibility will be to manage a retail store; ensuring budgets are controlled, and sales targets are met. You will manage and lead a team of Sales Assistants to deliver quality merchandising, and first-rate customer service; ensuring maximum potential is achieved in line with Company standards.

You will be required to be flexible with your working week to cover the store opening hours of Monday to Sunday, between the hours of 05:00am and 22:15pm, working 5 days out of 7 each week.
