STORE MANAGERS
(39-45 hours per week)

We a looking for dynamic Store Managers whose principal responsibilities will include managing a retail store; ensuring budgets are controlled, and sales targets are met. You will manage and lead a team of Sales Assistants to deliver quality merchandising, and first-rate customer service; ensuring maximum potential is achieved in line with Company standards.

As a Store Manager you must thrive on driving high sales performance. You should be highly motivated and results driven with excellent communication, influencing, management and leadership qualities; furthermore a keen desire to inspire others to perform to their best abilities.

ASSISTANT / DEPUTY MANAGERS
(39-45 hours per week)

We are looking for highly motivated Assistant Managers whose principal responsibilities will include assisting the Store Manager in driving sales and maximising profitability and growth in-store. You will support the Store Manager in leading a team; ensuring maximum potential is achieved in line with Company standards. You will have accountability for stock, cash, merchandising, and in the absence of the Store Manager, will supervise the running of the store.

As an Assistant Manager, you must be results driven, meticulous, and above all, possess excellent communication skills to be able to deliver the first-rate customer service that is recognised in the community.

STORE SUPERVISORS
(Varying shift patterns / hours per week)

We are looking for highly motivated Supervisors whose principal responsibilities will include assisting the Store Manager in driving sales and maximising profitability and growth in-store. You will support the Store Manager in ensuring that deliveries are received and checked, administration is accurate and completed in line within the required timescales, and POS material is utilised to its full potential.

You will have accountability for stock, cash, merchandising, and in the absence of the Store Manager, be responsible for the opening up and closing of the store.

SALES ASSISTANTS
(Varying shift patterns / hours per week)

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Assistants whose principal responsibilities will include maximising sales in-store through excellence in customer service. You will support the Store Manager in ensuring that stock is replenished, administration is accurate and completed in line within the required timescales, and customer enquiries are dealt with in an effective and timely manner. You will have accountability for stock, cash, and merchandising.

As a Sales Assistant, you must be customer focused, have the ability to maintain good product knowledge at all times; and above all, possess excellent communication skills to be able to deliver the first-rate customer service that is recognised in the community.
